How do I prepare the ice packs?
The ice packs should be placed in the freezer for at least 30 mins prior to usage.
Can I microwave my ice packs?
Do not microwave the ice packs as this may lead to ice packs exploding.
How do I apply ice packs?
The ice packs are designed to be inserted in the pocket between two layers of the upper in the forefoot.
How long should I keep the ice pack in for?
While we do not recommend a specific time for icing therapy, our ice packs should stay cool for 10-15 mins.
How should I wear the strap (inside through the loops or over the tongue)?
The straps are designed to be worn either through the loops inside the tongue or over the tongue based on your preference.
Can I run in my Ance sneakers?
Ance sneakers are not designed for running or hiking. While the heel counter should not slip during walking or jogging, running or hiking on uneven terrain can lead to heel slippage.
How can I wash them? Are they machine washable
Ance shoes are machine washable - wash in mesh wash bags in cold water; only air dry the sneakers.
How tight is too tight for the 360 degree strap
We don't recommend a certain tightness of the strap; please use your best judgment.
What is your return policy?
For products purchased on www.ancwear.com and delivered within the United States we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for defective or incorrect shoes. Shoes can only be returned if worn in a clean, indoor environment with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside of the U.S. will be at the customer's own cost.
Can I exchange my Ance sneakers for another color?
Unfortunately, currently we are not offering any exchanges. For defective or incorrect shoes, please see return policy above.
My shoes are too tight or too loose
Currently, we are only offering returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect shoes. Please reach out to hello@ancewear.com with your concerns so we can discuss on a case by case basis.
I never received my shoes, what can I do?
Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience this must have caused you. Please reach out to hello@ancewear.com so we can resolve this at your earliest convenience.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping is free within the United States. Shipping costs for international location is estimated at checkout.
Why don't you offer wide sizes?
As the shoe is a wide toe design, both narrow and wide feet will fit perfectly.
How do Ance sneakers fit?
The shoes fit similar to your sneakers (e.g. Nike, Adidas).
What if I am in the middle of two sizes?
If you are in the middle of two full sizes (e.g. 8.5M) we would recommend sizing up (i.e. 9M).
When are you launching the shoes officially?
We plan to launch by end of Summer 2024.
