Paige, co-founder, brings significant customer perspective to the development of Ance recovery shoes as a former professional ballet dancer, graduate of Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and co-founder of PointePeople, a premium dance lifestyle brand.

Kunal, co-founder, with an MBA from Upenn and 8+ years of experience in digital commerce, brings keen entrepreneurial and operator experience to Ance.  With Kunal’s meaningful experience as a GM of international business at a Footwear upstart - Soludos, Kunal brings significant footwear business experience to Ance.

Mark, chief designer, has been a part of some of the best brands and fastest growing businesses in the footwear industry. As an in-house designer and consultant he has created best-selling shoes, marquee products for professional athletes, and new commercial opportunities with innovative designs.  He has worked with brands such as Adidas, UGG, Keen, K-Swiss, Palladium, Olukai and Sorel.

Behind the Scenes

Our journey with Ance began with a blank canvas and a passion for redefining footwear. We started out with countless interviews and discussions with athletes, performers, physical therapists and active individuals, sketching countless designs, each one a vision of comfort and innovation.

From those initial sketches to the final product, our dedication to design excellence has been at the heart of Ance's evolution. Turning our vision into reality, we embarked on the exciting journey of creating prototypes for Ance. Each prototype was a labor of love, meticulously crafted to bring our innovative designs to life.
